Australia Post and the CPSU on Wednesday reached agreement to settle the dispute over "work environment issues" at the Melbourne Call Centre.

The dispute concerned Australia Post worker Cori Girondoudas' $3,000 pay cut for refusing to obey a manager's request to remove personal photos from her desk.

Under the agreement there will be:

·         No reduction in salary for Ms Girondoudas;

·         A joint review of guidelines for personal items in the workplace and other work environment matters;

·         The outcomes of the review will apply to all staff in the centre.
